Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Next AutoPart accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Wheels that have been mounted, installed, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@nextautopart.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address
  • Package the items securely in their original packaging
  • Ship the return using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our expense. Do not attempt to install or use damaged wheels.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product (different from what you ordered), contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wheels that have been mounted on tires or installed on a vehicle
  • Wheels with scratches, scuffs, or other signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Custom or special order items

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or finish, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same condition requirements as returns. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
